Q) I can't find the colour/Size I want, can I order? A) Our stock constantly changes, please check back in a few days or email to see if we can help.
Q) You do not have the sizes I am looking for? A) We do our utmost to have a varied range of styles/sizes/patterns. We can alter curtain length if required for a small fee, please email for quote
Q) Do you sell Curtain Track/Rails? A) We do not stock window accessories, only soft furnishings
Q) Can you send a Swatch of Fabric ? A) We do not have swatches. Curtains are sent on 7 day approval,if disappointed return for a Refund (excluding postage) within 7 days. Postage for returns to be paid by customer.
Q) I need long curtains for my home, do you have any long/large curtains? A) We specialise in Small Curtains under 36"
Q) Do you sell Tie Backs? A) We sell some tie backs only. Many curtains are sold with tie backs included. If not stated ties will not be included
Q) Do you have a Brochure/Catalogue? A) Our stock changes too fast to have a Catalogue

PAYMENT

Q) I do not have a Credit/Debit Card, how can I pay? A) Payments by Postal Order are welcome. Please place your order via email
Q) I am worried about using my Credit/Debit Card online, is it safe? A) Yes. All online payments to us are made Securely through PayPal. Please visit PayPal to read about security www.paypal.com
Q) I am not a member of PayPal & do not want to join. Can I still pay? A) Yes, you do not need to join or be a member to pay. PayPal accept all major Credit/Debit/Switch/Electron cards.You will be covered by Payment Protection

RETURNS/PURCHASES

Q) My curtains have arrived, the colour/pattern is not what I expected, can I send them back? A) Yes, within 7 days. They must be unused and exactly the same as when arrived to you. All Postage costs to return are to be paid by customer.
Q) Will you refund the P&P I paid, and the cost of returning? A) Return postage is to be paid by customer. Once item has arrived & found to be in same condition as when sent, your payment will be refunded in full, which will include any postage you paid when purchasing

DELIVERY/POSTAGE COSTS

Q) How long does delivery take? A) Your order is usually dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery before contacting us.
Q) Can my order be sent to a different address than my Credit Card address? A) Orders sent to Paypal/Credit card/Bank account address only
Q) How much is P&P? A) Postage,Packaging & Handling charges can be found on our Delivery page
Q) Is FREE POSTAGE for all purchases? A) FREE POSTAGE is on orders over £25 & only to standard UK mainland addresses. UK Islands, Highlands, & all Non UK addresses are NOT included in Free postage offers.
